Therapy for Motherhood

Maybe you’re reading this at 3 a.m., feeding your baby, and wondering if you’re doing motherhood right. Maybe you feel tired, anxious, or sad and wonder if it’s supposed to feel this hard. Motherhood can be full of love and joy. It can also feel heavy, lonely, and overwhelming. You don’t have to carry it all on your own. Therapy can help.

I support moms in the early years of motherhood who are navigating postpartum anxiety, depression, or the many challenges of adjusting to life with a little one. I’m trained in perinatal mental health and understand how exhausting, messy, and beautiful this season can be. My goal is to help you find yourself again and reconnect with the version of you that feels strong, confident, and happy. As a mom myself, I truly get it, and I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and ready to step back into yourself.
