Anxiety Therapy for Women
Anxiety can feel like it’s running the show—whether it’s the constant “what ifs,” the pressure to be perfect, or the quiet fear of letting others down. It can leave you second-guessing yourself, feeling disconnected, or feeling stuck between who you are and who you think you’re supposed to be. For many women, anxiety even seeps into relationships, leaving you lonely or unsure of how to feel secure within yourself. In anxiety therapy, we’ll slow down those anxious thoughts, untangle the perfectionism and self-doubt, and help you reconnect with a steadier, more confident version of yourself.
I specialize in therapy for women with anxiety who are tired of living under the weight of overthinking and self-doubt. With a background in eating disorder recovery and perinatal mental health, I bring a deep understanding of how anxiety can touch every part of life - your body, your relationships, and your sense of who you are. My clients have shared they feel truly seen and supported in our work, while also being gently challenged to grow in meaningful ways. Counseling with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating a space where you feel safe enough to let go, discover your strengths, and begin to trust yourself again.
