When you’re living with an eating disorder, it can feel like food or your body takes up nearly every thought in your day. It’s exhausting—and it can feel like there’s no space left for the things you really want to enjoy. I specialize in individual therapy for people navigating all types of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and other forms of disordered eating. In eating disorder therapy, I help you find freedom from that constant mental noise so you can get back to living a full life with more peace, energy, and joy. I’ve spent years supporting people through this process, and I tailor counseling to meet you where you are, whether you’re just beginning to explore recovery or have been working on it for a while.

I also believe recovery is strongest when it’s supported from all angles, which is why I collaborate with dietitians, doctors, and other providers as part of your team. I’m currently pursuing my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential, which reflects my commitment to providing the best possible care.  I work from a HAES, weight-inclusive and trauma-informed lens. Most importantly, my goal is to help you move toward lasting healing—so your eating disorder no longer defines you or holds you back from the life you want.
