For women ready to stop overthinking, trust themselves, and create their own happiness.

Therapy for Eating Disorders, Motherhood and Anxiety.

You’re giving it your all but you still feel stuck, overwhelmed and unsure…

  • Maybe the anxiety feels louder than your own thoughts?

  • Food and body struggles feel like they’ve stolen too much of your life?

  • Or motherhood has left you feeling lonelier than you care to say out loud?

HEY, I’M KRISTINA!

This is where the pressure to always be “fine” finally ends.

I specialize in helping women who feel weighed down by food struggles, anxiety, perfectionism, or the invisible pressures of motherhood.  I know how heavy it can feel to constantly question if you’re doing enough, to carry the mental load silently, or to lose touch with the version of yourself you used to know.

In our work together, I don’t just hand you coping strategies and send you on your way.  I help you get to the root of those patterns so you can truly heal.  My approach is warm, supportive and grounded in expertise with eating disorders and perinatal mental health.  This is a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend.  Here, you can let go, feel seen, and reconnect with a more confident you.

My specialties:

  • Eating disorders can steal your time, energy, and peace of mind. I help women break free, heal, and move toward recovery so you can become the strongest, most confident, and happiest version of yourself.

  • Motherhood can feel joyful and full of love—and heavy, lonely, and exhausting. I help moms navigate pregnancy, postpartum anxiety, depression, and early motherhood, so you can feel seen, supported, and like yourself again. And I do this all virtually so you don’t have to try to find a sitter to go to therapy. Babies are welcome here!

  • Anxiety therapy for women in FL and SC that helps you let go of worry, manage perfectionism and build confidence. Find support, clarity and a calmer sense of self in a space made for you.

You’re ready for change…and you don’t have to do it alone.

Wherever you find yourself, you don’t have to keep pushing through alone. Here, you can lay it all down. No judgment. No pressure. Just a safe, steady space to breathe, be real and begin again - not with quick fixes but with the kind of healing that brings lasting peace and possibility.

Hope isn’t lost. It’s waiting for you here.
